Terms of ServicePLEASE NOTE:
If you order from this site, please take time to read our policies as this is an online store is NOT a retail store. Some items are brand new and have never been opened. Please understand that we are not responsible for manufacturing flaws or mishaps. If you order and recieve a "Try Me" item or an electronic item where batteries are included and item is NOT working when you receive it, please contact us by email first. DO NOT OPEN the box as we expect the item to be returned as received, new and unopened. This is only in reference to NEW items.
1. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Must be in original packaging as well as new condition, box unopened (used items must be in same condition as it was when purchased) in order to recieve refund. Customer is responsible for own shipping charges when returning an item. Also when issuing a refund, shipping charges are not refunded unless we are at fault, such as sending an incorrect item.
NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
Scale for all GENTLY USED items:
Great/Excellent condition- Rarely used, no markings nor wear/tear.
Good condition- Used, little markings or wear/tear.
Fair- Used, some markings or wear/tear.
All items are shipped within 2 to 3 days of cleared payment. A comfirmation email is sent when item is shipped. Items are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail. Delivery is between 2-7 days. If ordering more than one item, shipping will be combined.
We accept paypal and money orders. If sending a money order, please make sure you write the item name or order number in the note section. All orders must be paid within 5 days of purchase. If not received within 5 days order will be cancelled.
